Gentle Thread — $55

One day | Voice notes onlyA calm, one-day coaching experience offering steady guidance, reflection prompts, and a voice-guided meditation.Start dates: Mon, Wed, Fri | Booking cutoff: 24 hours before start


Quiet Session — $85

50 minutes | Zoom or phoneA focused, gentle session to connect with your body and mind using tools that suit your energy.Availability: Tue & Thu: 2 PM – 4 PM | Sat: 1 PM – 2 PM


Steady Flow — $120

90 minutes | Zoom or phoneA deep, unhurried session focused on nervous system regulation, mindful movement, and building your personal wellness flow.Availability: Tue & Thu: 10 AM – 1 PM | Sat: 11 AM – 12:30 PM
